Information you submit
The contact form collects your name, email, firm, investor category, message, and request for strategy materials. The research subscription form collects your email address. We use these details to handle inquiries and requested updates. Do not include account numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information in a message.
Storage and delivery
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database with a timestamp, language, country code, and delivery status. Email delivery and subscription management use Resend when enabled. These providers process information needed to provide their services. See the Cloudflare and Resend privacy policies for their practices.
Browser preferences and security
Theme and language preferences are saved in browser storage. Requests pass through Cloudflare; IP addresses are used to limit repeated form submissions and, when enabled, to verify anti-bot checks. Traditional Chinese pages request fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to serve those files.
Your requests
Submissions remain in our inquiry and subscription records; this website does not automatically delete them after a fixed period. To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from research updates, email hello@hyperleapcapital.com. Clearing browser storage removes saved display preferences but does not delete a form submission.
